There are outstanding views over North Fife - on a clear night the lights
of St. Andrews can be seen - and the historic and picturesque village
of Falkland, where Falkland Palace is an important visitor attraction.

The property has a spacious, comfortable Drawing Room with a
large conservatory where meals are taken.
Previously owned by Francis Shand-Kydd, the mother of the late Diana,
Princess of Wales, Ladywell House in Falkland Fife, is believed to
have been visited by Diana and her sons, Princes William and Harry.
