Terms

Deposit:
In order to reserve the accommodation for you, we require debit/credit card details. A deposit of 50% of the total cost of the stay will be charged to your account on booking, with the remainder being charged on arrival. We will take a ‘good housekeeping’ deposit of £250 which will be returned at the end of your stay with deductions made for damage if applicable.

Cancellations:
Cancellations made more than 60 days in advance of arrival. We will keep the deposit but no further charges will be made.

Cancellations of less than 60 days will result in the full cost of the stay becoming due. We will attempt to re-let the house and  if we are successful then we will refund all or part of the total cost of your stay, less an administration fee of £100.

If you are concerned about the possibility of cancelling your booking, please check your Travel Insurance.

Payment:
We accept cash, Travellers Cheques, UK bank Cheques, and all major credit cards.

Pets:
We welcome well-behaved pets, but please discuss your requirements with us. We reserve the right to charge for extra cleaning if it is required.
