Ladywell House Bed and Breakfast is a former manse, built in
1804, and is surrounded by an acre of beautiful walled garden. There are outstanding
views over North Fife and the historic and picturesque village of Falkland,
where Falkland Palace is an important visitor attraction.
The property has a large, comfortable Drawing Room with a further large conservatory
where meals are taken. There are three guest bedrooms; a double en-suite
room, a twin room en-suite and a twin room with private bathroom. Our home

Previously owned by Francis Shand-Kydd, the mother of the late
Diana, Princess of Wales, Ladywell House in Falkland Fife, is believed
to have been visited by Diana and her sons, Princes William and Harry.
Summer has arrived at Falkland, so enjoy the burst of colour in the
countryside and relish a well earned break at Ladywell House Bed and Breakfast!
